Corona virus impact

Due to the current Coronavirus situation, expect that shipping times will be delayed for all countries. Thank you for your understanding.

Update for customers living in the USA and recently ordered from our website.
There are ‘regular’ delays to be expected like stated above. However, due to the impact of the corona crisis on flights from Europe to the US, the shipping company have decided to transport bulks of parcels, that have been waiting for shipment at airports, with sea freight.
So all parcels are currently on its way to the USA. The challenge at the moment is that it seems impossible to find out which ones are on a ship or on a plane.
We and yourself can only keep checking the tracking link and wait for the label scan when it arrives in the USA. From that point on it should also be available on the USPS Tracking page.

We are sending parcels from the Netherlands to your country and you want to know how many days a postal item is on the way. In the table in this document you will find an indication of the delivery time of these parcels.
Because we have no influence on the postal process in other countries, the delivery period is an estimate.
The number of days can therefore be different.
